   Henan Xingtai company was founded in 1991. It is a high-new technology company that researches, produces and sells at the same time. After 16 years¡¯ development, Xingtai has become the biggest food emulsifier research and producing company in China. It is also the guiding enterprise in the area of domestic wheat, flour and flour-made food research.
Our company is located at National high-new technology industry zone of Zhengzhou. It occupies over 80 hectares¡¯ area, and has about 350 employees, among which 80% have bachelor degree or master degree, 50% are technicians. Under the guidance of the Director of the board, Liu xiaozhen¡ª¡°Do our best, do the best¡±, we have always put technology research in the first place. And we invest at least 50% of our profit in the research development every year, which has accumulated to be 35 million yuan totally. We have founded and consummated over 20 intelligent rights systems composed of national patents and other research fruits.
Our company developed series of products like CSL-SSL (calcium stearoyl-2-lactylate), Hydrate glyceryl mono stearyl and SCB (sub-micro coating biological enzyme compounding emulsifier) and so on. And in 1997, we started the using of food additives and enzyme in flour in China. Among them Hydrate glyceryl mono stearyl was awarded as the national key product; SCB was listed in the national key challenging biological technology model issues and was written in the plan of national high-new technology industry development; CSL-SSL gained the technology progress first place award, and was recognized as ¡°Type A of Henan provincial high-new technology product¡±.
In 2002, our company put set the strategic goal as ¡°Realizing staple food industrialization¡±. And we began the deep research and exploration from the starting points of industry theory, basic research and marketing practice. Up to mow, we have formed systematic staple food basic research system, quality evaluation system and practical matching flour-made food craft. At the same time, we founded food machinery research department, which have designed a set of high automatic production assemble line, so we have walked our first step in Chinese staple food industrialization. In June of 2005, ¡°wheat flour mantou¡± national standard which was suggested by our company gained the approval of the National standardization commission.
Our goal is to promote the traditional industry with modern technology, carry forward Chinese advanced flour industrialization and flour-made staple food industrialization with long-term efforts.
